You will be at the very heart of the action, supporting both the organisation and the participants. Passionate about winter sports, in love with nature, or simply eager to be part of this epic journey through the high mountains? Join us!
As a volunteer, you will contribute to the success of this world-renowned event. To thank you and welcome you to the PDG family, you will receive a commemorative garment from the Patrouille des Glaciers and an exclusive gift. Your meals and transportation costs will be covered. Join us and share the spirit of teamwork and rope companionship. The passion of the mountains – and our gratitude, as well as that of the participants and the public – await you.

Locations
- Race starts for Z1 and Z2: Zermatt
- Race finish: Verbier
Transport
- Each volunteer will receive a daily allowance of CHF 40 to cover transportation expenses. Whenever possible, we encourage the use of public transport or carpooling.
Meals
- Each volunteer will also receive a CHF 25 daily allowance for meals and drinks during the workday. This amount will be transferred to the volunteer’s bank account after the event.
